I haven't done any portraits of Julia since last summer. I drive by this beautiful field of sunflowers everyday and kept saying I had to do some pictures there before the flowers were past their peak. I also drive by some wonderful antiques stores in the little town of Lucketts. I've been wanting to shoot there for ages and finally got the opportunity. Julia did great considering all the different locations and wardrobe changes. Here are some of my favorites...

One of my favorite ages to photograph is 6 months old. It's that magical age where they can sit up on their own but can't crawl or run away from me yet. So they sit there, looking cute and smiling. I was so excited for my Saturday session with this beautful little 7 month old. And even though she wanted to eat the pearl necklaces, and her hand we were able to keep things out of her mouth long enough to get some great pics! {Baby Album} - Frederick MD Newborn Photographer

I just had to share a few pictures of this adorable album before I mailed it off. This is a 5x5 Art Book created from images from a recent newborn session. The cover is a brocade fabric but there are many cover options and colors to choose from. The pages are thick cardboard with actual photo prints permanently mounted to them. The number of pages can be customized. This album has 20 sides. The album also comes in several different sizes and is a great way to capture many images from session. It is not uncommon for clients to have a hard time choosing which images they want to order. This is a great way to preserve them all. It's great for newborns, seniors or any type of session.

This is my second time having my work published in this magazine but my first cover. For those of you in the Frederick area, its a great resource for information related to kids.
